About the Role:
Join M&F Auto Sales as a Dealership Sales Associate/Back up Finance, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and facilitating vehicle financing. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
- Assist in financing options and paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction for customers.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate processing of finance applications.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to dealership policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or finance preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in using dealership management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed and grow in the industry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
