About the Role:
M&F Auto Sales is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Deal Processor to join our Business Office team in Albuquerque. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all vehicle sales transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with state and lender requirements. If you thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment and take pride in accuracy and organization, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and finalize vehicle sales deals.
- Review contracts and supporting documents for completeness and compliance.
- Submit funding packages to lenders in a timely manner.
- Verify title work, payoffs, and lienholder information.
- Ensure all paperwork meets NM MVD and dealership requirements.
- Communicate with sales staff, finance managers, and lenders to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized deal files and business office records.
- Assist with inventory documentation and internal reporting as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of dealership or automotive industry experience preferred.
- Experience in a dealership business office is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive financing and sales documentation.
- Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
